David Grunat<\/h3>

David Grunat brings expertise in remediation and development of the hydrogeological framework behind the fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface. He is a licensed Professional Geologist and a Certified Hydrogeologist in the States of California and Washington. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences at Indiana University and his Master of Science in Environmental Geology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Greg Noblet<\/h3>

Greg Noblet is a California Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley. He has over 30 years of consulting experience and is an expert in site characterization, indoor and ambient air sampling<\/a>, health risk assessment, Phase I Environmental Site Assessmen<\/a>t, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments<\/a>, All Appropriate Inquiries, vapor intrusion evaluation<\/a>, emissions estimation, and dispersion modeling. Mr. Noblet has worked on some of the largest redevelopment and remedial projects in the San Francisco Bay Area including Mission Bay, Hunters Point, Alameda naval base, and Vallejo Manufactured Gas Plant. She received her Bachelor and Master of Science in Geology from Stanford University and has worked in the environmental industry for over 30 years. Ms. Hayes is experienced in subsurface soil and groundwater site assessments, third-party review, cost allocation studies, and environmental due diligence. Nick Loizeaux is a California and Washington Professional Geologist with over 25 years of experience as a technical consultant in the fields of geology, hydrogeology, and contaminated site investigation and remediation. Most of this work has been conducted in the context of Superfund, due diligence compliance, litigation, or brownfields redevelopment. Mr. Loizeaux has designed and implemented numerous site investigations, which have included hundreds of soil borings, monitoring well installations, monitoring well decommissioning, subsurface geophysical investigations, aquifer tests, and soil, ground water, and soil gas sampling efforts.
