He is a licensed Professional Geologist and a Certified Hydrogeologist in the States of California and Washington. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences at Indiana University and his Master of Science in Environmental Geology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He has over 30 years of environmental consulting experience and is an expert in site characterization, indoor and ambient air sampling, health risk assessment, vapor intrusion evaluation, emissions estimation, and dispersion modeling. Mr. Noblet has worked on some of the largest redevelopment and groundwater remediation projects in the San Francisco Bay Area including Mission Bay, Hunters Point, Alameda naval base, and Vallejo Manufactured Gas Plant. He is a California Professional Geologist with a proven track record of obtaining site closures, leveraging his rapport with regulatory agencies while advocating for clients.
